We are currently seeking a Vice President of Business and Finance to join our team and help lead us into a bright future.
As the Vice President of Business and Finance, you will play a crucial role in overseeing HIU’s financial landscape, working closely with the President and other senior leaders to set priorities, grow revenue streams, and develop new business models. You will be responsible for all aspects of financial operations, budget development, cash management, grants financial management, and more.
In addition to a competitive salary range of $100,000-$150,000, HIU offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, disability coverage, and life insurance plans. To be successful in this role, candidates should have a BA in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Law, or a related field, with an MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred. CPA certification is a plus, but not required. Candidates should have at least 7 years of financial leadership experience, with a proven track record of developing and executing strategic financial plans.
