As the Finance & Planning Manager, you will work closely with the Vice President Finance & Planning to develop the Annual and Strategic Plans, manage central planning elements, and ensure that planning milestones are delivered on time. You will also collaborate with business unit leaders to understand headcount requirements and translate individual business unit performance into consolidated financial projections.

In addition to financial planning, you will lead workforce planning, develop analytical and reporting capabilities, and drive continuous improvement within the Finance & Planning team. You will also serve as a central contact between the Cost Accounting and Commercial Finance groups, advising on financial reporting issues and providing key support to other Finance and Accounting leaders.

To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, at least 5 years of experience in financial planning or accounting, and 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience. Knowledge of financial ERP systems and automated planning tools, as well as strong analytical and interpersonal skills, are also essential.
