Indiana Economic Development Corp. Announces Resources for Entrepreneurs and Small Businesses

Are you an entrepreneur or small business owner looking for funding opportunities and resources to help your business grow? If so, Indiana has some exciting news for you! The Indiana Economic Development Corp. has announced plans to make additional resources available to support entrepreneurs and small businesses throughout the state.

One of the key resources being offered is an Indiana stop on the U.S. Small Business Administration’s Seed Fund Road Tour later this month. This national outreach effort is designed to connect entrepreneurs to non-dilutive technology funding opportunities. The event will take place on July 16 at Innovation Hall in downtown Indianapolis, and you can register for the event to learn more.

In addition to the Seed Fund Road Tour, the IEDC is also highlighting the state’s technical assistance plan, which helps entrepreneurs and small businesses gain access to and apply for funding opportunities. This program is made possible by federal funding through the State Small Business Credit Initiative.

Furthermore, Indiana offers a Venture Capital Investment tax credit for startups and fast-growing companies to access capital. This tax credit provides additional incentives for investors to invest in these companies, helping them grow and succeed.
