President Biden’s Investing in America Agenda Fuels Small Business Boom and Economic Growth

Are you a small business owner looking to take advantage of the historic investments being made in America’s economy? President Biden’s Investing in America agenda is delivering generational investments to grow the economy, restore competitiveness, tackle climate change, and reshore manufacturing – all while strengthening small businesses, the backbone of our economy.

The Investing in America economic agenda has fueled a historic nationwide small business boom, with record numbers of new business applications in Biden’s first three years in office. In fact, the U.S. has seen over 17 million new business applications filed since 2021, including 28,000 in North Dakota alone.

With the end of the pandemic and the reopening of SBA offices nationwide, there is an increasing demand for business training services, lending programs, and information on securing federal government contracts. The Investing in America agenda includes four major bipartisan laws that have set in motion a rebuilding of critical infrastructure, strengthening supply chains, upgrading clean energy and water systems, and more.

To help entrepreneurs access the benefits of these laws, the SBA has launched the Investing in America Small Business Hub. This hub provides resources, funding opportunities, and support for small business owners to capitalize on the opportunities available through the Investing in America agenda. Business owners can learn how to apply for rebates and tax credits, access capital, and qualify for funding through the hub.

The Small Business Hub also offers technological assistance guides to help entrepreneurs access grants, contracts, and market opportunities. The SBA will host events and webinars to connect directly with small businesses and provide assistance on accessing contracting opportunities and incentives.

There has never been a better time for entrepreneurs to benefit from federal programs that directly support the business community. Visit www.sba.gov/IIAhub for more information on the Small Business Hub and how you can take advantage of these opportunities.
